Florida’s Inside & Out Inspections is the Tri-County’s most trusted home inspection company.
A home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and a home inspection is always recommended before buying a home. It’s important to realize the condition of your investment.
While some little quirks may be nothing to worry about, there may be more serious issues that only a professional home inspector can assess. A large part of surviving the home inspection is understanding what is and what isn’t included. Here’s a helpful infographic that shows you what’s covered in a home inspection.
We will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist.
If you are listing your home on the market and would like to have its condition assessed beforehand, Florida’s Inside & Out Inspections is here to help.
There are four essential elements to a home that are often covered in an insurance claim: your electrical, HVAC, water heater tank, and roof. Instead of a thorough review of the whole home, a 4-point inspection only covers the aforementioned elements.
Getting a condo inspection isn’t something that people always think about, but it is just as important as getting a home inspection on a residential home. Condos can have many of the same issues that homes can have, so it is important to make sure that the area is a safe place to live!
Sometimes the weather can take a turn for the worse, but that doesn’t mean that you should fear for your home’s ability to hold up to the elements. We’ll carefully evaluate a property and report on which implements are in place—potentially qualifying you for numerous insurance credits.
While most types of mold aren’t toxic, they can still cause health problems if they aren’t taken care of. Ensure your home is free from toxic mold by having a professional inspector inspect your property for you.
Roof inspections are valuable for a number of reasons, but the most urgent time for an inspection usually comes after a large storm. In order to file for an insurance claim after your roof takes damage, most insurers require at least one inspection. While your insurer will typically send an inspector of their own, in order to gain the most accurate reports, it’s strongly encouraged you hire an inspector of your own who can offer an alternate point of view.
The inspection covers: exterior, structure, insulation, venting, moisture, mechanical systems, utilities, living spaces, and garages. This inspection is a non-invasive visual analysis of each unit that I am given access to.
